Pear Crisp

Prep Time :15 Min Servings :4 servings Difficulty:very easy

Ingredients:

Topping

1⁄4 cup Sugar substitute

1/3 cup All purpose flour

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 cup Non-hydrogenated

margarine

 

Filling

4 Bartlett pears, peeled,

cored and sliced

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tbsp Lemon juice

2 tbsp All purpose flour

 

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Lightly spray square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Cut pears and toss with lemon juice

  • Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of flour to pears.

  • In a large bowl combine flour, sugar substitute and cinnamon. Cut in margarine with two forks until mixture resembles coarse crumbs and sprinkle on top of pear mixture.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until fruit is tender
