In striving for wellness, you must also take a positive approach to living. The Paving the Path to Wellness workshop series is designed to introduce you to various topics and methods that you can use to maintain and improve your personal wellness!
These workshops are typically held in Fall/Winter months and included as part of the HeartCORE membership package.
