HeartCORE is a one-on-one high-intensity resistance training program. HeartCORE schedules 15–20-minute appointments up to twice per week. The program is suitable for any ages and fitness level to increase core strength, flexibility, mobility, to support everyday movement and quality of life. The program on machines is performed with slow, controlled movements under the supervision of your personal coach. Your membership includes strength training, fitness classes, access to cardio machines, and community programs.
