Ingredients
· 2 tablespoons lemon juice
· 2 tablespoons brown sugar
· 5 large apples, cored and cubed
· 4 stalks celery, chopped
· ½ teaspoon ginger
· ⅓ cup mayonnaise
· ½ cup plain yogurt
· ¼ cup chopped peanuts or walnuts
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, mix lemon juice and brown sugar.
2. Add chopped apples and celery to the bowl and mix.
3. In a separate small bowl, mix ginger, mayonnaise, and yogurt.
4. Add the mayonnaise mixture to the bowl containing the apple and celery. Toss to combine.
5. Sprinkle with nuts before serving.
