Berry Breakfast Quinoa

Quick and delicious berry quinoa, carefully created for a healthy breakfast.                    


2 cups of quinoa
3 cups of water
1 cup of frozen berries
1/3 cup brown sugar


1. Bring water and quinoa to a rolling boil. Once the water is boiling, turn the temperature down to low. Let the quinoa cook for 15-20 minutes (or until water is gone.

2. Once the quinoa is fluffy like rice or sticky like oatmeal, add the berries and brown sugar. Stir the mixture. Then cover the pot for 5 minutes to warm the berries.

3. Serve and enjoy!
