Easy Cinnamon Rolls

Easy, fluffy, and heart-healthy cinnamon rolls.                                                                  


  • 2 slices of whole wheat bread
  • Cooking spray or margarine
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 4 tsp brown sugar


1. Spray cooking spray or spread margarine on bread.

2. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar, then roll the bread. Cut into 3-4 pieces.

3. Place the bread on a baking sheet or muffin tin and toast in the oven at 350ºF until golden brown. Then enjoy!
