A crispy and easy-to-make breakfast option. Golden brown never tasted so good.        


2 ½ pounds of potatoes
Cooking spray or oil
1 1/2 teaspoons coarse sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350ºF.
  2. Wash and peel your potatoes.
  3. Using a mandolin or a cheese grater, shred your potatoes.
  4. When done, rinse the starch off your peeled and shredded potatoes.
  5. In a roasting pan, mix the potatoes with salt and cooking spray or oil. Then toss them together.
  6. Roast the potatoes for 20 minutes, and then transfer to a baking sheet (making sure the potatoes are touching).
  7. Broil potatoes for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Cut in to pieces and enjoy!
